Requirements
- Education: Associates or vocational degree
- Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven Leadership: Experience managing maintenance teams is required, preferably in a global or multi-site industrial environment
- Master Technician Skills: Advanced, hands-on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical aptitude; you are comfortable using power tools, hand tools and diagnostic tools
- Process Automation: Familiarity with industrial automation and factory equipment, including controls systems, robotics, and machine HMIs
- Global Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively with international teams

This role oversees the technical health of our operational facilities across domestic and international sites. The maintenance team is responsible for preventative and unplanned maintenance, machine upgrades, and other tasks related to process machinery, including mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate is a "player-coach" who possesses the advanced technical aptitude to step in and perform any technician-level task while managing a diverse, international team. You'll report to the Process Automation Manager and work from our Santa Ana, CA office. Onsite Requirement: This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week. Approximately 25% travel is required for this position. You must have a valid driver's license (required) and valid passport (required).
