2+ years of experience supporting software development lifecycle activities, including requirements clarification, testing support, and defect tracking
1+ years of experience in software testing and/or quality engineering
1+ years of experience creating and executing test cases and documenting defects
Experience with at least 1 eligibility and enrollment (E&E) system used by a government agency
Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
Software Development experience
Experience supporting large-scale public sector systems modernization programs
Experience with human services program operations or technology platforms
Experience creating user stories, process flows, traceability documentation, or test support documentation
Experience collaborating with cross-functional business, technical, and testing teams
Experience supporting multiple workstreams or initiatives within the same program environment

Work you'll do
As a SDET II on the Human Services Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
Creating & executing test cases, providing feedback to technical/dev team members, and presenting during client demos
Support development and testing cycles by clarifying requirements, reviewing outputs, tracking defects, and validating expected system behavior
Apply experience with eligibility and enrollment systems to assess impacts, identify dependencies, and support delivery across multiple initiatives
