Job Description
Major accountabilities:
Partner with senior business leaders to define and deliver a people strategy aligned with commercial priorities and sustainable growth
Act as a trusted advisor on talent, performance, organizational design, leadership, and cultural transformation, ensuring alignment with Sandoz standards and local labor regulations
Coach and guide leaders and associates to reinforce behaviors that strengthen the Sandoz Way and foster a strong, values-driven culture
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective hiring strategies and strong talent pipelines across the Middle East.
Drive a high-performing and inclusive culture that enhances engagement, collaboration, and accountability
Partner on talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning to build critical capabilities and ensure organizational continuity
Strengthen leadership capability through targeted development, coaching, and succession initiatives
Ensure high-quality, compliant HR delivery through close collaboration with Centers of Excellence and relevant stakeholders
Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and overall productivity
Support the resolution of Employee Relations matters in collaboration with relevant global/local teams.
Oversee HR governance and budget management for the Middle East, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
