Position Summary MRO (Materials Repair Operations) Executive shall review all customer's RFQ (Request for Quotation) and assign the RFQs to MRO Planners. He/ She need to ensure correct parts are sourced and purchased per customer's specification. MRO Executive shall ensure MRO vendor ship correct MRO parts timely. Responsibilities and Duties Oversee day to day material planning works for MRO activities. Review RFQ, inventory status and customer demand regularly as needed. Manage end to end process of MRO parts from process quotation, convert to sales order, issue purchase order, generate delivery order and finally generate invoice to bill MRO customer. Prepare quotation to customer upon receipt of MRO vendor's offer. Raise PR and issue PO to MRO vendor upon receipt of customer's PO. Follow up with MRO Vendor to ensure correct MRO parts are shipped out on time and in full. Process customer's order and ensure that MRO parts are delivered to customer on time. Establish good rapport with MRO vendor; and extend excellent customer service to MRO customer. Timely feedback of procurement and order processing issues to immediate Superior. Maintain inventory records in SAP in terms of quantity, purchase price and material code. Reconcile inventory discrepancies detected during annual stock count activity. Review rejected material with Business Manager and report to vendor. Liaise with freight forwarder on inbound shipping rate as per GIPP guidelines and arrange shipment pickup. Validate freight forwarder and haulier invoices before submitting to SSC. Resolve vendor, freight forwarder and haulier payment issues with SSC. Fill up eMMRF, eVMRF and eCMRF for new material, new vendor and new customer, then submit to APAC MDM Team for new material, new vendor and new customer code creation in SAP. Support Management and immediate superior in new project/ assignment. Assist HOD in developing and mentoring team members. Maintain good filing and retrieval system to ensure easy access to work documents. Recommend process/ systems improvement measures. Comply with management systems procedures as well as company's procedures, safety rules and measures stated in the WSH Risk Assessment. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Skills Requirement Diploma and above. At least 3 years of working experience in related field as senior position. Ability to lead and supervise a small team and work under tight deadlines. Good interpersonal skill, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team Player, who can motivate and work well with team members. Excellent problem-solving skills when dealing with complex issues. Remain calm under pressure, able to cope with constant organizational changes. Analytical and meticulous, who can recommend solutions for improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft office, knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage. General Always abide to company's policies and procedures. Always represent the company in a professional manner.
