Job responsibilities include the following: * Professional supervisory and managerial work in organizing and directing delivery of Vocational Rehabilitation and Independent Living services to individuals with disabilities. * Directs the daily activities of the EIPD staff to ensure the most effective and efficient service delivery * Serves as area manager of the Division's service delivery program serving the Greensboro Unit Office (Guilford County) and one surrounding satellite office in High Point. * Provides leadership to meet agency mission and goals within the context of its stated values * Provides administrative, clinical and case management supervision including training and technical assistance, personnel administration, and evaluation and planning * Designs and implements action plans to develop personnel and programs * Works cooperatively with a third-party school program, multiple community rehabilitation programs, community partners and agencies, and businesses * Ensures that all aspects of the Unit's work is in compliance with federal regulations, state laws, and DHHS and EIPD policies Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Grade Range $67,122 - $117,465 Recruitment Range $67,122 - $79,708 **Position is eligible for a hybrid-teleworking schedule to include weekly onsite work hours** Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.
