The Sales Executive, PXM is responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth across Germany and the broader DACH region. This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role focused on managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to deal closure.
The role requires a consultative sales approach, engaging with senior stakeholders to position Product Experience Management (PXM) solutions as a critical component of digital commerce and product data strategies.
Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
Achieve and exceed assigned annual revenue (ARR) targets
Drive new logo acquisition within defined target accounts and industries
Identify and develop strategic sales opportunities across the DACH region
Sales Cycle Management
Own the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing
Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts in Germany/DACH
Experience in Product Experience Management (PXM), PIM, DAM, MDM, or related domains
Strong understanding of digital commerce and omnichannel ecosystems
Established network within retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing sectors
Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High level of self-motivation and accountability
