This role will support planning across our Brand, Buyer, and Seller campaigns. You'll have the opportunity to expand your expertise in cross-channel planning, performance optimization, and AI-enabled media activation while directly influencing how millions of consumers engage with Zillow's products and services. You Will Get To: Translate brand and business objectives into full-funnel media plans that balance communication goals, efficiency and performance Leverage automation tools, platform algorithm and AI-driven optimization strategies to maximize media effectiveness Manage day-to-day campaign activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brief Oversee campaign budgets, flowcharts, and media authorizations Develop and coordinate process documents, workback schedules, and status reports Manage digital campaign implementation, including tagging, QA, and process documentation Coordinate creative trafficking and documentation Monitor competitive activity, industry trends, privacy shifts and emerging ad technologies to proactively evolve Zillow's media strategy Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors This role has been categorized as a Remote position.
