About the role

Job Description Need individual with strong Understanding in AI/ML (proficiency with Popular ML framework and libraries). Should be proficient in Python, Individual must have experience with Voice Solution development and handson on experience in handling latest models for STT, TTS, NLP and Transformer based LLMs. He should have understanding of LLM training, fine tuning, quantization and deployment of model on the embedded devices. Key Responsibilities Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, model development, and scripting. Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals: Supervised/Unsupervised learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, etc.In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs). This includes understanding their architectures (Transformers, BERT, GPT variants), fine-tuning techniques, prompt engineering, and deployment considerations. Proficiency with popular AI/ML frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn. Experience with on-device ML solutions like TensorFlow Lite, ML Kit, or similar. Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.Excellent communication and teamwork skills. B.Tech / M.Tech 6-8 Yrs
