Quality Technician - Sensor Pods

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 6 years of progressive QA experience in a fully or semi-automated serialized production environment of complex electro-mechanical assemblies (Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Device, Robotic industry).
• Proficiency in using quality control tools, SAP/Oracle ERP software and MS Office/Google Suite.
• Strong leadership, organizational, team management skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to handle tight deadlines and manage competing demands effectively.

As part of the Advanced Hardware Manufacturing Operations team, you will be a vital part of the Zoox Manufacturing organization responsible for building, testing, troubleshooting complex software controlled electro-mechanical sensing elements critical to Zoox's Robo Taxi. You'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to building the future of transportation. In this technical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control activities for the camera, LiDAR and sensor production line, ensuring compliance with standards, internal procedures, and leading a team of technicians. This role involves performing inspections, analyzing data, implementing improvements, and providing technical guidance to the team.
