About the role

Requirements

Position Summary To advance Teach For All's 25-year vision , we are seeking an Events Manager to manage the planning and execution of our in-person and hybrid learning experiences, enabling our network to connect, learn, and collectively champion more equitable systems for children worldwide. Working alongside the Global Events team, this role will take ownership of event communications, logistical coordination, website development, and the overall attendee experience. Outcomes End-to-End Event Delivery: Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality learning events from conception to completion, ensuring seamless logistics, strict timeline management, alignment with network priorities. Budget Management & Cost Efficiency: Track event budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery, strong financial oversight, and adherence to approved spending. Operational Excellence & Risk Management: Maintain rigorous standards of execution, including vendor management, budget tracking, technical production, and proactive contingency planning to eliminate real-time failures. Inclusive Experience Design: Source and manage accessible event technologies and structural frameworks that enable seamless, high-engagement participation for a diverse, global audience. Data-Driven Optimization: Establish robust participant feedback loops and analyze post-event metrics to measurably improve event quality, operational efficiency, and future stakeholder impact.
