Special Projects Lead (India-Based)

About the role

We are looking for someone who wants to work on a problem that matters. Not optimize a funnel. Not manage a pipeline. Work on a problem that actually matters - how AI gets adopted inside law firms and legal teams at scale, and what it takes to make that change stick. The Special Projects Lead sits at the intersection of growth, strategy, and deployment. You will own the entire motion from first conversation to live workflows - helping clients understand what is possible, demonstrating the product, driving the deal, and staying accountable to outcomes long after the contract is signed. This is not a role for someone who wants to hand off and move on. You will work directly with the founders, operate across every function - sales, customer success, and go-to-market - and shape the playbook for how August expands across India and beyond. The team is expanding massively, and the people who join now will define how we operate at scale.
