Based at our Jandakot Monitoring Centre, you'll be part of a 24/7 operation that manages alarm events and coordinates timely responses for customers across multiple states.
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to fire alarm events and inbound/outbound calls.
Liaise with customers, emergency services, technicians, security guards and facility managers.
Complete accurate administrative tasks covering all facets of alarm monitoring.
Log after‑hours job requests and schedule/dispatch technician jobs.
Requirements
Proven customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre environment.
Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
Calm, professional manner with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Rotating 4‑on/4‑off, 12‑hour shifts (four days, four off, four nights, four off).
Projected earnings $72,000-$82,000 per year.
