About the role
We are seeking highly motivated Account Managers to serve as trusted guides throughout the customer journey, helping users successfully evaluate, adopt, expand, and renew their use of Altium solutions. Educate customers on the value and capabilities of modern cloud-connected workflows. Drive successful onboarding and activation of new workspaces. Identify trends, recurring friction points, and opportunities for product improvement. Provide actionable feedback to Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams. ๐ Drive Business Outcomes Improve customer retention and renewal rates. Increase migration success from legacy products to Altium Develop. Identify opportunities for additional capacity, expansion, and product adoption. Help customers navigate purchasing decisions while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach. 0-1 year of experience in customer facing role Proactiveness and eagerness to grow and build business relationships Languages: - (Must-have) German, Level: Native - (Must-have) English, Level: Fluent, min.
