About the role
This position is located in the Office of Finance and Operations, Office of Financial Management, Accountability and Financial Reporting Group. Specialized Experience for the GS-14 One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-13 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments: 1. Experience ensuring all accounting transactions and systems are completed in accordance with legislation. 2. Experience in providing guidance on policy issues and recommending revisions to existing internal controls, accounting, financial reporting, financial policies, and procedures. 3. Experience developing system improvements and providing solutions to program management problems for accounting and financial management work. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). Ability to review, analyze, and evaluate automated and/or manual accounting and financial management systems.
