Requirements
4+ years of People Operations, HR Generalist, or related HR experience, including hands-on experience in operational HR processes
Native-level Mandarin and professional working proficiency in English
Ability to work independently and navigate moderately complex operational matters while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic multinational environment, preferably within a large-scale organization
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions and stakeholders
Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
Hands-on experience with Workday is strongly preferred
Familiarity with local employment practices and labor regulations is preferred
