Requirements
Experience creating visual assets for digital, mobile, and social
Have an online portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and advertising experience across a range of media and platforms, along with work that reflects your design process
1+ years of design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Superior organizational skills, especially with large volumes of digital visual content including graphics, templates, and brand assets.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency.
Ability to work against short deadlines, balancing multiple projects simultaneously - short and long-term - consistently delivering on time.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders with sometimes competing interests and using feedback to create a superior product.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent work experience.
Motion graphics experience via Adobe After Effects
Experience with presentation design (Keynote, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Figma or Sketch for collaborative design workflows
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Photography or image retouching skills
Experience in video editing
