Essential Responsibilities -Utilization of technology to support patient registration. -Routes written communications as appropriate. -Communicates with others in person, by telephone, and/or email utilizing various communication technologies. -Will receive patients and visitors and handle general inquiries. -Determines work priorities on assigned shifts. -Assist with supporting associates on new procedures and duties to be performed. -Performs other duties as assigned by Patient Access Manager or Team Lead as needed.
