Minimum 3 years of retail, sales and/or beauty industry experience, preferably in the skincare industry
The possession of a Beauty Therapy Qualification would be an advantage
Passion for skincare
Strong aptitude for product knowledge, brand messaging and selling
Experience working in an open-sell environment
Self-motivated, committed and goal-oriented
Flexibility regarding work hours, i.e. weekends

This role is based in-store.
This is a part-time role working 20-25 hours per week.
The Retail Selling Specialist is responsible for adhering to the schedule set out for them by their supervisor.
This schedule requires a minimum of 3 weekends a month to be worked.

Job Description
Customer service and education: Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers is our top priority!
Sales: it's important to consistently achieve and deliver sales goals.
Relationship-building: Relationships are everything. It's important to develop excellent in-store relationships with management and staff, finding new ways for the brand to be presented in store.
Leadership: To support in-store retail event execution, GWPs, spa cabin bookings, etc.
Stock and VM checks: We love clean shelves and fully stocked inventory. It's important to keep testers replenished, VM clean, and to report on out of stock inventory so that we can get it to store as soon as possible.
Reporting: We want to hear about your week! Weekly reporting is important for open communication between brand and team member, to make sure we are hitting our goals together, and solving any roadblocks that may appear along the way.
