SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal Service which includes: 1) Providing surveillance and quality assurance on maintenance, construction, or service contracts and 2) Directing a quality assurance program that includes categories such as: coordinating, estimating, surveying, verifying, executing, construction, alteration, extension, modification, maintenance and repair of facilities and utility systems. Education cannot be substituted for experience for the Supervisory Engineering Technician, GS-0802-13.
