This individual will be supporting the Southeast Region and the preference is for them to reside there. Position Purpose: Coordinates the enterprise wide dual eligible strategy thru execution, implementation, innovation, policy, industry thought leadership to drive product lines growth of dual membership. Participate in the development of strategic and business plans, and coordinate and communicate the enterprise duals strategy in partnership with the product organizations and markets that determine key priorities, policies and procedures for duals product lines and programs. Drive innovation by developing new models, partnerships and other competitive differentiators that ensure company maintains leadership across the duals spectrum and maximizes the value of the company. Develop and manage strategic projects to meet state and federal program objectives and regulatory requirements. Assigns accountable parties and monitors outcomes. Participate in the development of federal and state policy positioning for the product lines in collaboration with key internal/external stakeholders. Participate in cross-development matrix teams to analyze business opportunities and address critical issues (e.g. network growth, provider termination, etc.) Also participate in the development of cross-product financial plans, business plans and strategy to support administrative, financial, and marketing objectives. Facilitate and ensure regular, ongoing, and effective communications among shared service matrix partners, key contacts across the segment and enterprise as appropriate. Other duties as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field required. Advanced degree in health care administration, business or related field preferred. 7+ years progressive and relevant healthcare experience. Previous experience supervising staff and/or coordinating large, multifunctional project teams. Pay Range: $148,000.00 - $274,200.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law , including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
