Experienced or Certified Veterinary Practice Manager with a minimum of 1-year management experience preferred or 3+ years veterinary experience preferred
knowledgeable in veterinary medicine terminology and how to run a veterinary hospital
Compassionate, Calm, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator
Highly organized and possess computer skills
Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset
Open availability with flexibility to change hours based on hospital's needs
Pay Range: $80k-$90k annually with bonus potential
Continuing Education Allowance (applies to licensed/registered/certified roles)

We're looking for a motivated and compassionate Veterinary Practice Manager to lead daily hospital operations and support a positive, efficient team environment. This role is responsible for staff management, scheduling, inventory control, client service, and ensuring the hospital runs smoothly while delivering exceptional patient and client care.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary setting and can effectively lead and support a team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee daily hospital operations and office administration
Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and support hospital staff
Manage employee schedules, performance feedback, and team development
Maintain positive employee relations and address staff concerns professionally
Ensure excellent client service and timely resolution of client concerns
Manage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and controlled substances
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, OSHA, and DEA regulations
Support payroll processing and administrative reporting
Coordinate patient records, scheduling, and communication regarding treatments and care
Promote the hospital within the local community and veterinary industry
Assist with front desk responsibilities, including answering phones and handling emergency communications
Perform additional duties as assigned
