Provides FP&A support including budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support revenue, expense, and profitability analysis.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance financial modeling, forecasting accuracy, and business decisions support.
Leads weekly/monthly reporting of revenue and operational KPIs, providing insight to management and identifying trends.
Reviews, benchmarks, and analyzes performance against competition with the goal of providing awareness and recommendations to management.
Create financial models to help evaluate a wide range of commercial opportunities both in the United States and Internationally.
Partner with business units to identify key drivers, trends, and to help execute company objectives.
Drive efficiency in FP&A processes by improving financial models, automation, and reporting tools.
Autonomously handle ad-hoc requests from the business.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CPA preferred.
3+ years of experience in FP&A, Public Accounting, and/or Corporate Finance
Advanced financial modeling skills, superior Excel skills, and proven ability to apply AI strategically.
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous gaming experience and / or an avid sports fan is a plus.
Experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting software is a plus.
Ability to think and work independently while supporting multiple areas and projects simultaneously.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience presenting to Senior Leadership is a plus.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical thinking / innovation skills.
