Responsibilities
- As a Customer Marketing Specialist , Expansion Programs & Customer Campaigns, you will play a key supporting role in executing customer marketing campaigns designed to drive engagement, product adoption, and revenue expansion.

- Support execution of customer marketing campaigns focused on adoption, engagement, and expansion
- Assist in developing campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, and webinar materials
- Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing to align campaigns with customer needs
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder inputs
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics and outcomes
- Support segmentation and targeting for customer communications
- Maintain campaign calendars and documentation
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance and engagement
- Proactively learn and apply customer marketing and lifecycle best practices
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, customer success, or related roles (internships acceptable)
- Strong written communication skills, especially for email and campaign content
- Analytical mindset with interest in campaign performance and metrics
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) preferred
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
- Openness to leveraging AI tools to enhance campaign execution
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
