We're looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition (TA) to lead a high -performing, future-ready TA function that enables business growth across Sun Life U.S. As the Director, TA, you will operate as an enterprise leader, people leader and strategic integrator - translating business priorities into talent strategies, aligning teams and partners around shared outcomes and shaping a TA ecosystem that is data-driven, AI-enables and built for scale.
