Customer Service - Ensure quality repairs are made on a timely basis and communication with all customers and stakeholders is effective. Safety - Ensure every task is approached with safety in mind and the proper PPE is utilized without exception while on the job. Ensure that a proactive approach to safety is taken when identifying risks at the worksite. Ensure that teams have been trained properly and the training is documented effectively. Quality - Ensure quality work is completed by repair teams that is compliant with both customer and regulatory requirements. Ensure quality documentation for team members is maintained at any location under your supervision.
