(Pomigliano & Atessa) What your new challenge will look like Leading and developing an international team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations Monitoring logistics performance and costs Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures Why you belong at 4flow You hold a Master's degree with strong expertise in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment You have initial experience in team management and development You are results-oriented and customer-focused You demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to unexpected situations and peak activity periods, while favoring a structured problem‑solving approach You have advanced knowledge of professional IT systems (in particular Excel) as well as various enterprise management systems You show a strong interest in the transport and logistics sector and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment with extensive use of remote communication tools Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English are required
