Monitor and maintain compliance within Team Connect (Litigation Management System)
Enter, update, and manage case data, including pleadings, motions, discovery, trial, arbitration, and mediation correspondence
Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for hearings, depositions, mediations, and related litigation events
Prepare, track, and maintain files and documentation in accordance with established procedures
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners and external contacts to support case progression
Make basic case support decisions within defined guidelines and under attorney supervision
Manage competing priorities and adjust to changing workflows in a litigation environment
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines
Requirements
Administrative experience in a legal, insurance, or professional services environment, preferably supporting insurance defense litigation
Experience supporting litigation activities, including scheduling and case coordination
Working knowledge of legal terminology, civil litigation processes, and case management systems required
Familiarity with various Georgia courts and local procedures required
Court approval experience and knowledge of the Georgia court system considered a strong plus
Location
This role is based in or near Atlanta, GA
In-office attendance is required 3-5 times a month
Candidates must be able to attend additional in-office meetings as business needs require
