Act as the factory contact point towards ESU MM for order management and communication
Follow the monthly S&OP plan to ensure visibility of workload for the next 3 months
Analyze demand and capacity , supporting decision-making for production management
Release production orders on time and with correct quality
Maintain planning and scheduling master data (per MS guidelines)
Participate in change projects impacting planning and scheduling
Ensure production schedules are ready before purchasing activities
Manage impacts of material availability issues on plans
Coordinate major schedule changes related to critical materials
Contribute to continuous process improvement in planning and scheduling
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field
Several years of experience in production planning or similar roles
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken)
Solid knowledge of SAP and its interaction with MES
Good skills in basic office tools (MS Office 365)
Strong data-driven decision-making capability
Proactive mindset
Experience with Qlik Sense, Power BI , or similar tools
Understanding of Lean methodology
Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification
Experience as an SAP key user
