Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Spa Therapist wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment. As a Spa Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing massage, facial and body treatments to the highest standards Building long term relationships with our guests Up selling Spa services and products and other hotel outlets Assisting with reception/reservation duties, including reception shifts if required and covering reception team breaks. REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have: NZQA Level 5 or equivalent in Massage or Spa Therapies Experience in a professional beauty environment A passion for delivering an outstanding service and a memorable experience each time Exceptional personal presentation Excellent communication skills Flexibility to work rostered shifts; including weekends.
