Position Overview:
The Main Street location in Radford, Virginia is seeking an Assembly Lead to support the Brushless Housed production area. This role will report directly to Robin Akers.
The Assembly Lead is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations within the assigned production cell, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to established processes. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and the ability to effectively direct production activities. The Assembly Lead proactively communicates and addresses safety, quality, and productivity issues, working collaboratively with team members to resolve challenges in a timely manner. Additionally, the Assembly Lead ensures that all cell associates comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, and appropriately escalates concerns when necessary.
