About the role

Terani is looking for a confident and experienced Showroom Manager to run our busy dealership. We deal with a mix of high-end cars and commercial trucks, so strong vehicle knowledge is essential. This is a hands-on role - you'll be leading the team, closing deals, and making sure the showroom runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations
• Lead and motivate the sales team
• Drive sales across cars and trucks
• Help customers with expert vehicle advice
• Handle negotiations and close deals
• Keep showroom standards high

Requirements

• 1 YEAR + Automotive sales experience (management preferred)
• Knowledge of vehicles (cars + trucks)
• Target-driven and confident closer
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence
