Job Description: Registered Nurse - Operating Room Full-Time 11a - 11p Call and Weekend Rotation Required The Registered Nurse has the responsibility and accountability for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. Requirements
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire.
- Must obtain Crisis Prevention within 6 months of hire.
- Recent experience in specialty preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
