Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electro-mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
5-10 years of experience in a similar environment
Technical skills
Solid knowledge of mechanical equipment and piping
Basic knowledge of hydraulics, electricity and instrumentation
Experience in water treatment is an asset
Soft skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Commercial awareness
Managerial and people skills
Team player with hands-on mentality
Languages
Fluent in English, French and Dutch. These requirements are a must.

Role overview
The trilingual ( DUTCH (NL) -FRENCH-ENGLISH ) ELECTRO-MECHANICAL SITE SUPERVISOR is responsible for the end-to-end execution on-site of the electro- mechanical scope of projects, including mounting of mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment, piping systems, valves and metallic structures. The role ensures compliance with technical specifications, planning, budgetary constraints and quality standards (QA/QC).
This person reports to the Design Coordinator and the Project Manager / Construction Manager and works closely with internal disciplines, subcontractors and external partners to ensure full client satisfaction.
