What We Do Heidrick Consulting serves as the firm's leadership advisory arm. We are a team that is passionate about enabling a world better led. The Engagement Leader role is the third level of our consulting career path and provides the opportunity to grow with one of the fastest growing leadership consultancies specializing in accelerating the performance of leaders, teams and organizations. Engagement Leaders are responsible for developing and leading consulting solutions as part of client engagements, acting as project leaders on specific projects, supporting Principals and Partners with client management and supporting business development activities. In the course of a typical project, you will lead, manage and own problem-solving efforts on a large portion of a client engagement or act as the client lead on smaller engagements. Specifically, you will be responsible for identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and delivering solutions and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations. Throughout an engagement, you will be involved in discussions and presentations with senior client leadership.
