We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and mission-driven individual to join Sana as a Senior Executive Assistant, reporting to the CEO. You will be responsible for the administrative support of the CEO and Sana leadership, including the CFO, CTO and Head of Investor Relations from our Seattle, WA site. In this role, you will be a trusted partner and advocate to deliver against the priorities of the company and support the team and culture of Sana. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with discretion in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, anticipates needs, and seamlessly manages competing priorities across executive, operational, and investor-facing activities.
Responsibilities
Gatekeeping, Prioritization, & Communication: Liaison for the CEO and CFO with internal teams, board members, investors, and external constituents. Draft, proofread, and manage high-level correspondence with absolute professionalism.
Strategic Project Support: Partner with CEO, CFO, and the broader executive leadership team to drive key initiatives forward. Maintain internal databases, organize executive SharePoint or drive sites, and assist with special projects as assigned.
Confidentiality & Trust: Handle highly sensitive, confidential, and proprietary business information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Partner with other Sana Administrative team members : Ensure continuity and coordination of administrative backup throughout the organization, while supporting site related activities.
Investor Relations Coordination
Investor Interface: Serve as a polished, professional point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Responsibly manage inbound investor relations (IR) inquiries and route them appropriately.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the investor CRM database, tracking investor interactions, meeting logs, and follow-up tasks to keep the executive team aligned on the investor pipeline.
Update calendars for buyside conferences, including meetings, investor bios
Requirements
8+ years of experience supporting C-level executives and their leadership teams, ideally at a high growth, public life sciences company with advanced calendar and team management experience
Demonstrated motivation, perseverance, and confidence by solving problems, planning proactively, taking initiative, and delivering results by operating with autonomy
Exceptional administrative partnership skills with an ability to drive initiatives forward and establish trusted relationships amongst executives and a wide range of stakeholders
Ability to execute and operate at a fast pace with focus and structure to situations as needed. Effectively manage high-pressure situations when present and pivot in an environment with a high level of ambiguity
Proven ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities with minimal oversight
Innovative and creative thinker who can quickly and effectively identify new and better ways of working and suggest sustainable and scalable solutions
Exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate executives' needs
Engage with a high level of professionalism across a broad range of stakeholders, including external stakeholders while organizing complex meeting engagements
