As an APM, you will be responsible for leading the product design and development process, from ideation to launch. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Own specific features/modules from ideation to launch.
Break down complex problems into clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to scope, validate, and iterate on AI-driven features.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, support tickets, and usage data to identify pain points and opportunities. Also, conduct competitive and market analysis.
Partner with Customer Success and Sales to understand real-world use cases and adoption challenges.
Support GTM efforts including demos, feedback loops, and early-stage implementations
Assist in defining feature positioning, documentation, and enablement content.
Continuously learn about GenAI, NLP, and enterprise AI workflows
What makes you qualified
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering in IT Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of work experience, preferable in the SaaS industry, with a background in customer experience, contact center solutions, or enterprise software.
Exposure to AI-driven or data-centric products is strongly preferred.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product development from concept to launch.
Strong understanding of domain principles, processes, and best practices.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development.
Basic understanding of APIs, data models, and AI workflows.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product metrics and customer insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguity.
Customer-first mindset with attention to detail and product quality.
Eagerness to learn complex domains like Knowledge Management and enterprise SaaS.
