Responsibilities

- Familiarity with authentication, RBAC, logging, and secure coding practices.
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms and workflow automation solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and software engineering capabilities.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or telephony and chat integrations is preferred.
- Experience building internal enterprise support tools is preferred.
- Experience working within enterprise or regulated technology environments is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within agile engineering teams.
