BIM Modeller - On site - AutoCad - JL

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and model detailing.
• Develop and update BIM models using software like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, BIM Coordinators, and BIM Managers to meet project timelines.
• Ensure models, elements, and data meet quality standards at each project stage.
• Perform clash detection, resolve coordination issues, and communicate with the project team.
• Support design, planning, presentations, and documentation.
• Provide technical support to team members in resolving modelling issues.
• Create realistic, intelligent and highly accurate BIM models of Building Exteriors and Building Interiors.

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Structural / Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or relevant field.
• 1-3 years of BIM project experience preferred.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit preferred.
• Skilled in creating intelligent Revit family content.
• Good technical knowledge and planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works.
