The Job Safeguard the financial security of the company Perform and review the results of HKRBC, Economic Capital (EC) and Macau Statutory Coordinate with internal & external parties/ consultants on HKRBC/EC/Macau Statutory annual filings Engage in the discussion and propose enhancement for the development of the reporting metrics under the economic balance sheet framework Drive the analysis, negotiation and implementation of capital management initiatives Lead and manage the team to deliver high‑quality outputs to senior stakeholders, while providing ongoing coaching and development to build team capability The Person At least 5-6 years of actuarial experience BAU Capital Reporting/ Capital Management/ALM experience, knowledge of HK regulation preferred Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Manager Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences Strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills Proven people management skills We offer 5-day work, 20-22 days annual leaves, excellent learning & development opportunities and an attractive package to the right candidate.
