Planning and driving program release governance by building and managing release schedules, dependency tracking, and cutover plans; coordinating cross-functional release reviews; and confirming downstream readiness (materials, routing/flows, test, yields, locations).
Partnering with Engineers to transform materials into assorted targeting-type items and finished SKUs, maintaining accurate data configuration in E2OpenSerus and transfer into SAP.
Partnering with IT, subcontractors, and application companies to generate and maintain I/O links and other objects, ensuring data integrity, detailed execution, and completing improvements.
Recording production flows, processes, procedures, and changes, and actively gathering teams' permissions, preparing bill of material, updating yield, bin fraction, and test time forecasts in E2OpenSerus together with manual deviations in the PLM Application.
Analyzing data systems and processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, recommending and successfully implementing process improvements to ensure data system adaptability.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing.
Familiarity with outsourced manufacturing OSAT and an understanding of the fabless semiconductor manufacturing flow is a must.
Experience with E2openSerus, Windchill, SAP, Microsoft Suite, OSAT including Power BI, Visual Basics and AI Apps and Tools.
Proficiency in data visualization web-based systems, Python, SQL, HTML, XML, is a plus but will be minimal.
Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle uncertainty, showing resilience and working odd hours.
Experience in working across different functions and the ability to chip in effectively within a group.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a diligent and meticulous approach.
Ability to translate business needs into development requirements and ensure the accuracy and integrity of engineering data across platforms.
