About the role

We are seeking a collaborative and efficient Boat Crew to join Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, Hong Kong. In this role you are expected to be responsible for overall boat crew duties and provide on-ground support in a timely and responsive manner. Responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to: Ensure the vessel is kept clean and hygienic at all times, including floors, tables, upper and lower decks, all onboard equipment, cushions, life jackets, and all kitchen utensils. Assist the Captain in ensuring passenger safety. Assist with ordering food and supplies for the vessel. Support general passenger reception and customer service duties. Be responsible for handling general anchoring operations. When the vessel arrives at the pier, secure the mooring lines to the berth posts, and release the lines before the vessel departs. Assist the Captain in monitoring onboard inventory and replenishing supplies when necessary. Observe general sea conditions and report any potential risks or unusual situations to the Captain. Perform other specific duties as required. Skills, experience & qualifications: At least 5 years of relevant experience working on vessels of a similar size. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic conversational English.
