Job Summary The Inorganic Expansion Director is responsible for helping deliver the targets of the Inorganic Agency Leaders under the Distribution Expansion Department . Reporting to the Inorganic Growth Head , the Inorganic Expansion Director is responsible in strategizing, drafting an offer plan, under the Inorganic Expansion Segment for industry and non- industry candidates in order to achieve the program objectives and KPIs of the segment. This includes working with the Inorganic Growth Head in the conceptualization, design of offers and packages to candidates , as well as training and meeting facilitation, design, analysis and evaluation, performance management, report generation, database management, project management, and collaboration with various teams within the compan y eg the sales management team, Distribution Expansion team, and other departments. This is a more senior role and will be a resource in buy-in sessions and meetings with senior leaders, collaborating with teams within and outside the Distribution Expansion Department, and may be tasked with leading one or several Inorganic Growth Managers and GA Tasks should the business need arise. Job Accountalities Leads and drives the recommended Inorganic Growth program accreditation and design, development, and delivery; the achievement of KPIs; reporting requirements; and other accountabilities. Provide additional support to General Agency development needs as the need arises. Plans, strategizes , the reach of Inorganic Growth program. This includes close collaboration with the sales management team and other departments in conducting buy-in sessions with senior leaders . Recommendation on the Inorganic Growth program intervention and support, recognition of milestones, and sharing best practices to achieve program objectives . Evaluates program effectiveness and enhances the program by getting feedback from stakeholders, conducting needs analysis, and collaborating with partners in co-designing and/or revising modules and tools. Ensures all tools, materials, and modules under the Inorganic Growth Segment are up-to-date . Creates and maintains the Inorganic Growth project management tracker and database, prepares report s, conducts meetings with tribe members and other stakeholders, manages expenses incurred for trainings and meetings and utilizes budget and company resources effectively. Collaborates with the agency, head office partners, agency sales team, LBU, region, global, third parties and others for the effective and efficient execution of the programs and adherence to all company goals, directions, management and compliance directives, etc. Contributes to the company by achieving or exceeding the agreed targets that are aligned with the company's KPIs. Complies with all company policies, procedures, programs and instructions . Must: Be familiar and understand s Pru Life UK Compliance Standards. Be fully aware of his/her responsibilities and competent to carry them out to the required standards. R eport all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated by the Compliance Officer. O perate a process within his/her department to ensure that all relevant compliance matters are identified and reported. Perform s other functions as may be assigned. Job Specification: Experience in life insurance training , sales management or business development of at least 5 years. Acceptable related fields within the industry may be considered. Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage Sales/management exposure in life insurance is an advantage Substantial knowledge of the life insurance business Computer literate, oral & written communication Minimum of 5 years experience in agent & agency leader T&D or similar relevant role within the same industry.
