Location: Bengaluru Hybrid The role is responsible for managing end-to-end customer claims and disputes within the O2C cycle, ensuring timely validation, resolution, and closure. It focuses on handling various claim types such as pricing discrepancies, promotions, and returns while maintaining accuracy and compliance. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently. It also ensures proper documentation and audit readiness. Additionally, the role contributes to improving processes through root cause analysis. Overall, it supports smooth cash flow and customer satisfaction. So, what does it take to be successful in this role? O2C process knowledge: Strong understanding of billing, disputes, and claims management with hands-on SAP (FSCM/Dispute module). Analytical & problem-solving skills: Ability to investigate discrepancies and perform root cause analysis effectively. Attention to detail: Ensures accuracy in claim validation, documentation, and compliance. S takeholder collaboration: Ability to work with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service for timely dispute resolution.
