Proofpoint is looking for a Senior Marketing Programs Manager to lead and scale our email and webinar demand generation programs in APAC, covering India, Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asia regions. This role sits within a centralized global demand generation function and partners closely with regional field marketing teams to deliver high-impact, consistent, and scalable programs that drive pipeline. Your day-to-day Own and scale core demand channels (Email & Webinars): - Own the APAC email marketing channel, including campaign calendar, strategy, execution, testing, and performance reporting - Plan and execute a quarterly webinar program (live events, demos, eSummits) aligned to regional priorities and pipeline goals - Drive consistency and scale by standardizing processes, templates, and best practices across programs Partner with regional and global stakeholders: - Act as the primary liaison between global demand gen and APAC field marketing, ensuring alignment on priorities, messaging, and execution - Support field, campaign teams with email and webinar program strategy and execution - Collaborate with content, product marketing, and sales to source webinar topics, speakers, and messaging Execute and optimize programs end-to-end: - Manage full lifecycle execution in Marketo, including program builds, email sends, smart lists, and nurture streams - Build and maintain targeted nurture programs by product, persona, and industry - Oversee webinar program execution from concept through promotion, delivery, and follow-up - Develop and manage segmentation strategy and database health to improve targeting and engagement Drive performance and continuous improvement: - Create and execute A/B testing strategies across email and webinar channels (subject lines, timing, formats, etc.) - Monitor and report on program performance, including engagement, conversion, and pipeline influence - Ensure adherence to email deliverability and compliance best practices - Build and maintain a library of templates and scalable assets for reuse across regions What you bring to the team - 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with strong hands-on expertise in email marketing and webinars - Proven experience executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact - Strong proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce (required) - Experience with webinar platforms such as ON24, BrightTALK, or Zoom - Deep understanding of segmentation, lead lifecycle, and nurture strategies - Knowledge of email deliverability, anti-spam regulations, and best practices - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across regions - Experience working in a global + regional (matrixed) environment is highly preferred - HTML and/or CMS (e.g., Drupal) experience is a plus What success looks like - Scalable, repeatable email and webinar programs that drive consistent pipeline across APAC - Strong alignment between global strategy and regional execut
