The Executive Assistant will support our CFO, CLO and VP, Corporate Development in their daily administrative and team duties. This role requires on-site presence during the weekdays. Ultimately, this role will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to these busy executive members. Trust and the ability to keep confidentiality is essential in this role. The successful candidate will be a proactive and positive thinker with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Manage executives' calendars and scheduling. Set up and co-ordination of meetings and events including certain management and company meetings. Travel arrangements and expenses, including itinerary planning. Preparation and creation of presentations and other documents to support business needs. Format information for internal and external communication - management reports and, presentations,. Other general duties as assigned. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners. Attend team meetings and provide notes and follow ups where necessary. Offsite planning Team socials event planning Qualifications and Desired Experience Direct experience working alongside Legal and Finance teams supporting high level executives. Interest in the digital entertainment space or children's media industry. Excellent communication skills; must be articulate and professional both in written and verbal forms of communication. Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organisation and attention to detail. Ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines is a must. Highly collaborative, resourceful, curious, and calm under pressure.
