The Manager I - Health Program Services is responsible for the oversight of the Health Program Outreach Services for Disease Management and Case Management call center operations. The Manager will be managing our dispatch staff in support of our partnership with mobile crisis outreach services within the state of New Jersey. Will also be responsible for managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Achieves maximum productivity and operational efficiency through management and utilization of team and resources.
Prepares and communicates information to appropriate parties regarding programs, procedures, and changes.
Audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepares specialized reports.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Position requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role in addition to 3 years Health Outreach Service/Call Center experience along with outbound dialer experience in a call center environment, experience in disease management, case management or health related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred qualifications, skills, and experiences:
Experience directing multi-functional teams; account management or customer service experience highly preferred.
Experience within mental/behavioral health as well as crisis is strongly preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $78,568 to $117,852
