Front-End Developer (Injective Labs)

About the role

We're looking for a talented Front-End Developer with a strong background in Vue.js and a passion for blockchain technology. As a member of our engineering team, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge decentralized applications (dApps) that are redefining the future of finance. As a Front-End Developer, you will work closely with back-end engineers and designers to build intuitive, high-performance user experiences. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, likes working with high ownership, and can operate effectively in highly technical environments. Most importantly, this role is for someone genuinely passionate about DeFi.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing features and interfaces using Vue.js 3
• Collaborate closely with back-end engineers and designers to implement intuitive, scalable, and elegant solutions
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability
• Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of reusable components and front-end architecture
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in blockchain, Web3, and front-end development

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js and its core principles
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with the Vue ecosystem, including Nuxt.js and Tailwind CSS
• Familiarity with REST and gRPC APIs
• Experience implementing and maintaining front-end testing frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• At least 1 year of experience in blockchain, Web3, or crypto
• Familiarity with the Cosmos ecosystem is a strong plus
• Experience integrating crypto wallets and interacting with blockchain-based applications is a plus
• Must be fluent in English
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
