Identify, document, and manage non-functional requirements and architectural gaps across client engagements.
Present technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, empowering clients to make informed decisions.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and client organizations to align on architecture strategy and deliverables.
Ensure compatibility and scalability across technologies to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a senior architecture or platform design role.
Proven experience designing architecture solutions aligned with enterprise standards in complex, distributed environments.
Strong skills in technical planning, architecture development, and specification review.
Experience defining system requirements and analyzing large-scale, distributed environments.
Clear communicator with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience with containerization, orchestration, microservices, and continuous integration and delivery practices.
Background in building high-availability solutions across on-premises, hybrid, or cloud environments.
Location & Work Model
This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
