Demonstrate advanced relationship-building capabilities with external clients, while fostering strong collaboration with internal business and practice leaders across disciplines, business lines, and geographies to support profitable growth and financial success.
Operate independently to achieve overall business development objectives, consistently meeting or exceeding annual capture targets for the Architecture Practice Line.
Lead, develop, and guide new project opportunities to ensure sustained revenue generation and long-term profitability for the business.
Apply significant prior experience in supporting proposal development, including strategic pricing decisions to enhance competitiveness and win rates.
Establish and maintain strong networks with senior practice leaders and designers, effectively influencing, negotiating, and resolving critical business issues to drive successful outcomes./LP
Meet the requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Business, or a closely related field required.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience; industry experience in engineering, architecture, or landscape design is highly preferred.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication skills with full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese （written and spoken）.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
