Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for enterprise applications
Drive development using modern engineering practices (CI/CD, TDD, DevOps)
Design and implement scalable microservices-based systems
Collaborate with product, QA, and cross-functional teams for delivery excellence
Mentor and guide developers; enforce coding standards and best practices
Ensure high-quality deliverables with focus on performance, security, and reliability
Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide architectural solutions

Strong exposure to: Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices

Preferred Background
Experience in enterprise SaaS platforms
Exposure to healthcare/RCM domain
Experience with high-volume transaction systems
Broker pattern/message bus, event-driven, CQRS, ports & adapters/hexagonal/onion, SOA would be preferred

10 to 15 years of overall experience in software development

Distributed systems and scalable application design
Database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
